to use your
Prescription Savings Card
STEP 1 Select a pharmacy from the list shown
here. For the address of pharmacies in your
area, please call Cardholder Service
at 1-888-868-5854.
STEP
2 Have your doctor call your prescription
into any participating pharmacy, or simply
present your existing prescription to any
participating pharmacy.
STEP
3 Give your prescription discount card to
the pharmacist. The pharmacy will verify
your eligibility and obtain the discounted
cost of your prescription within seconds.
Pay only the special discounted price.
